Hyon Lee
Founder
Hyon is an engineering leader specializing in the architecture of high-stakes financial systems. He co-founded the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE) with Eric Ries, where he engineered a fully regulated trading system from the ground up. This journey began with six Raspberry Pis in a hotel room and scaled into a major data center operation, maintained through a rigorous "rulebook-as-executable-tests" framework and 100% test coverage.
Following LTSE, Hyon joined Citadel to lead the modernization of their 30-year-old global position management system, replacing legacy infrastructure with a high-performance platform serving the entire firm. At Fort Lee AI, Hyon applies this philosophy of "lean rigor" to the AI stack—focusing on production-grade RAG, low-latency agentic systems, and the infrastructure economics required for true enterprise performance.
